Jasmine glanced at him, scratching the back of her neck. "Are you enjoying your time here?" She asked.

"One might say so", Leo nodded.

"When will you come home?" Jasmine asked, her voice slightly smaller than before.

"I don't think I will. I like it here", Leo looked at her sadly. God, he loved her. That's why he had to keep a distance.

"But here is so far away. Home isn't home without Leo" Jasmine said, studying his face carefully.

Leo's eyebrow twitched lightly. Too many hidden things."I made my decision."

Jasmine sighed lightly, "Can we at least stay in touch this time? It was hell not knowing if you were safe"

"I don't know, I'm quite busy..." Leo fidgeted around.

Jasmine looked at him, before reaching forwards and burying her face into his shoulder, wrapping her hands around him. "I missed you, too much" She said, her voice muffled.

(ah cute, my mind isn't in cute mode)

Leo sighed."I'm sorry."

Jasmine pulled back from him, rubbing her eye slightly, looking at him. "Could you try and write? Even if it's just an email saying 'I'm alive'?" She asked, lowering her hand.

"I'm alive", Leo whispered. And he did. He never felt more alive then in that moment, with her in his arms. He wanted to kiss her. He wanted to kiss her so bad. But she wasn't his. He glanced at her lips then back into her eyes, gulping.

Jasmine smiled lightly, "And that is brilliant news" She said, her voice still soft.

Leo shook it off."I guess", he said stuttering through the sentence.

Jasmine stretched out her legs slightly "Can you try? Try and send an email?"

"I'm not good with words. My own, that is", Leo shook his head.

"It could be just a single word. Or a poem, a line from your script, anything. Just so I know nothing bad has happened" Jasmine said.

"I will try",Leo promised.

"Good." Jasmine said, smiling.

Jasmine had went off somewhere so Thomas was left with Leo. "So, you're Leo right?" He asked.

"You're Thomas", Leo said neutrally.

"Jasmine has mentioned you often, I understand you are an old friend" Tom said, putting a slight emphasis on friend.

"Very old, yes", Leo nodded.
