"I know this is wrong, but Amelia, I-"Benedict took a deep breath, but no, he couldn't finish it.

I studied his face in the dark, waiting for him to finish his sentence.

Benedict couldn't hold himself back, not any longer, so he did somethimg he had sworn he'd never do; he leaned in and kissed her.

Shocked, I froze for a second, before smiling and kissing him back. What made him want to kiss me? After all for the last year he has been avoiding it.

Benedict immediately backed up."I-I-I'm so sorry--"He stuttered.

Amelia-May
I look at Benedict for second "It's fine. Don't worry about it." I say, before rolling over to face away from him, I was kind of thankful it was dark.

"I'm sorry. It won't happen again,"Benedict said in a dark voice and turned away from Amelia.

Amelia-May
It didn't make sense. Why did he kiss me? What made him want to?

I felt cold during the night so I cuddled up to the only source of warmth near me.

Benedict, who couldn't fall asleep, noticed that Amelia curled up against him almost instantly. He nudged her a bit."Amelia?"

I lift my head to the sound of my name. "Huh?" I say, opening my eyes, which didn't make much difference as the room was dark.

"You've kind of crawled on top of me,"Benedict said, doing his best to keep a straight face.

Amelia-May
"But you're warm and comfy" I say, moving away slightly.

"No, no, stay if you want to, I don't mind,"Benedict said softly.

Amelia-may
I smiled and cuddled back up to him. "Night Benedict" I say, still smiling.

"I can sleep, surely."Benedict said sarcastically.

Amelia-May
"Nope. It is illegal for Benedict to sleep" I say, my voice slightly muffled.

Benedict, who only wore PJ bottom part at the moment, was fully aware of her head on his chest and it made him breath shakily."And why is that, if I may ask?"

Amelia-May
"'cause I say so" I reply, opening my eyes. Which I found to be a bad idea.

"You aren't connected to people who make laws,"Benedict said, his eyes scanning her face and ended up on her eyes.

Amelia-May
"Ahhh but that's just it," I say, winking slightly.

"Huh?"Benedict asked, confused. He wanted to do something about his hands, they were just laying uselessly beside him, and as a spy, he needed to move them.

Amelia-May
"Never mind" I say, rubbing my arm slightly. I always do that when I'm nervous. But why am I nervous? I'm just talking to Benedict, with y head on his chest. On his chest.

"Ugh, I'm tired now."Benedict lied to Amelia and ran his fingers through his hair, unsure what to do.
