Benedict stayed unconscious through the ride.

Hands pulled my hands together and tied them, not bothering to not hurt me. "Ah! Miss Lee!" A loud voice said, I couldn't work out from where. "Mister Bennett seemed to enjoy the ride, didn't he?" The voice added, I could hear the grin in his voice.

Like he heard his name was mentioned, Benedict straightened up with a gasp for air. He stretched his neck, but his vision was blocked by a blindfold, so he relied on his other senses.

"Ah, there's sleepy head!" The voice said. "Did you have a nice sleep?" It sneered. "Benedict?" I murmured, hoping he cold hear me "Are you okay?"

Benedict either didn't hear her or ignored her as he turned to the familiar voice."Who are you,"he asked, his voice sharp.

Amelia-May
"But Benedict don't you remember me? I guess you probably forgot. I haven't spoken physically to you in many years." The voice sneered. What was it on about? What's happening?

Benedict made a choke-like noise."Nemo?"He stuttered slightly.

Amelia-May
Wait. Benedict knew this guy? How? 'Nemo' laughed, "I thought you would of caught on faster" he said, "Though Miss Lee will know me of another name"

( i have no idea if that makes any sense at all. I am tired.)

"Chameleon,"Benedict whispered."How could you?"He said, trying to hide a shiver in his voice with a growl.

Chameleon? So Benedict and I are currently at Chameleon's base? "I have many reasons" Chameleon said. "One of them being you"

"I highly doubt that I could be anyone's reason to become a criminal mastermind."Benedict said.

Amelia-May
"You left me, Ben. You were my best friend, you knew what my parents did to me. You were the only one who cared" Chameleon said, before a cough. I remained silent. I was curious to what was happening. Benedict knew Chameleon when they were younger?

"I left because the HQ needed me. You know that wasn't my decision,"Benedict said, aware of Amelia's confusion.

"They weren't the only ones who needed you" Chameleon growled, his voice getting angrier.

(Ooh, maybe instead of Chameleon liking Amelia he forcefully takes her, showing Ben how it feels to have something you care for taken away?)

"Look, I am sorry. But it was always work before everything else. You know that."Benedict said.

"Do you know how it feels?" Chameleon pauses "Do you know how it feels to lose something you care for?" He adds, and I suddenly feel hands grab my arms, pulling me off my chair. "Get off me" I say, trying to pull myself free. "I have noticed you and Amelia get along very well"

"I have lost quite a few things in my life. Including my memory. But that doesn't give me any ideas,"Benedict said, his hand snapping to the sound of Amelia's voice.

"But this thing is very dear to you" Chameleon sneered. The strong hands dragged me across the floor, not bothering to be subtle.

(sorry its a bit shitty. I am in a mood for bashing my head against a wall)

Benedict's jaw tightened."Thing?"

Chameleon sneered again, "Well suppose thing isn't the proper way of describing it." His voice was closer now, like it was beside me. "Ain't that right Amelia" I felt a hand firmly grip my chin. I tried to pull away from his hand but it didn't work.

"What do you mean, very dear to me? She is my apprentice,"Benedict said gritting his teeth together.

"Ah, but that's just it." Chameleon turned my head from side to side. I tried to pull away, but the firm grip kept me in place. "I've been observing you over the last year Ben"

"Oh, so you're not after the HQ, just me? Because, as far as I remember, I didn't do mant missions last year, 'cause I was 'dead'."Benedict said trying to change the subject.

Chameleon lets out a frustrated breath, and lets go of my chin. "Actually I am after the HQ. But you're their main agent, so if I have you, I have the HQ" Chameleon says. "I'm an apprentice, what have I got to do with anything?" I asked. "Ah but Miss Lee! You're one of the main factors of my plan."

"So there's a plan now, great. Care to share?"Benedict asked, fully aware of the stupidity of the question.
