Surely it was too dark for Chameleon to see? He probably doesnt even know where we are. I glanced at Benedict before cuddling into his back. "Sorry"

Benedict sighed."What is with you?"He asked softly.

"I have to be like this" I say quietly, my forehead pressed against his back

"No you don't. Never."Benedict said and yawned a bit.

Amelia-May
"I do, I really do have to" I reply, closing my eyes.

Benedict sighed, too tired for a conversation. So he slowly fell asleep..

Benedict was walking with Amelia on a usual routine tour around Paris, feeling mildly awkward because of the last day. Bipolar? Probably.

Amelia-May
I didn't look at Benedict. I was still worried about last night. What if Chameleon had saw me? What would happen to Benedict?

The shooter lined the sniper rifle up with Benedict's head, but remembering the fact Chameleon told him not to kill him, the shooter lowered his gun so it was line with Benedict's shoulder. He fired a shot with came into contact directly where he wanted.

Benedict's eyes widened in shock just before he collapsed to the ground.

"Benedict?" I asked, and I scanned my surroundings, just in time to see the gunman leave with a wink. It was a message. Chameleon saw me. I quickly ripped off Benedict's sleeve to look at the wound. I sighed and fastened the sleeve around his arm, then tried to figure out a way to get him back to the apartment.

Benedict's eyes fluttered open as he muttered,"Shit. Ow."

Amelia-May
"no kidding" I say, spotting a parked car. Using the technique Benedict showed me, I started the car. I shoved him in the back then drove to the apartment. "How did he know?" I wondered aloud

"How did who know what?"Benedict asked, moaning quietly in pain.

Amelia-May
I remained quiet. I couldn't tell him, he could get shot again. He was lucky this time. "I cannot tell you" I say, my voice cold.

"Uuugh, this again? Look, I am shot, and I am in a lot of pain, a moment to tell me what's going on would be like now,"Benedict said.

Amelia-May
"It's hard to miss the fact you were shot" I said, frostily. I had to be even more careful now, he could be any where.

"Ow,"Benedict moaned, his voice turning into a high squeak."You're really being a bitch, you know?"

I winced, but I guess I deserved it "Good" I say, getting out the car

"Please what the hell is good in this situation?"Benedict groaned trying to push himself up, but it caused even more pain.

Amelia-May
"Many things" I say, as I open the car door next to him, trying to figure out how to get him out.

"Yeah like what?"Benedict asked."Okay, I got this,"he said when he realized it wasn't really easy for Amelia to get him out. He somehow managed to get himself out, but not stand, considering that he just lost a lot of blood. And it all hurt like hell.

I caught him before he fell, "we got a car." I say, sighing. I
lean him against me so it was easier to walk him to the door.
