"Awh", Zach said in a high-pitched voice."Too bad."

Ellie
I chuckled slightly and leaned against the counter. "Though, I don't think it could go too wrong. It's only eggs, flour and milk"

"It could go wrong in a million ways. Come here", Zach said getting frustrated. Cooking? Not his thing.

Ellie
"I don't trust you. Last time I ended up in the bath, soaking wet" I say, but walking over to him nevertheless.

"I fail to hear complaining in that but alright", Zach smirked.

Ellie
I rolled my eyes at him playfully, now leaning on the counter next to him. "Right, first things first; flour"

"Here", Zach said taking it out from a cupboard.

Ellie
I placed a jug down, "I believe it's 100 grams of that" I say, clearly taking a step back so I don't become a snow woman.

Zach grinned widely at her pouring flour into the jug."Idiot."

Ellie
"I'm an idiot for avoiding a bombardment of flour?" I asked, shaking my head. I took a step forward though, checking he wasn't going to destroy anything.

"Well, to be honest, I first threw cream at you", Zach noted.

Ellie
"They are the same colour, and we don't need cream for pancakes" I shrugged. "Right, half a pint of milk"

Zach headed to the fridge."Oh, chill, none of that is going to happen now, mainly because I love this shirt that's on you and I can't afford to ruin it."

Ellie
"And you don't want cover your best friend in flour" I added, with a smile. "Because she is a very nice best friend"

"Who says you're my best friend?"Zach asked."And who says you're nice?"

Ellie
"I'm your only friend, so it makes it inevitable that I am your best" I smiled, "And you haven't said otherwise"

"A), you're not nice. Like at all. B), who says I'm anyone's friend?"Zach asked.

Ellie
"That's just mean" I said, pouting. "Anyway. Next is one egg"

"In what manner is it mean?"Zach asked getting out a carton of eggs.

Ellie
"You're mean" I say, watching him get out the eggs. "I presume you are able to whisk it"

"If you don't want eggs on your- my- shirt, you better do it", Zach shrugged leaning onto the counter-top.

Ellie
I sighed, grabbing a whisk, and whisking slowly so none of the batter escapes the jug.

"Whatcha sighing for? You knew it was going to end up like this", Zach said.

Ellie
"There's more chance of me getting batter on your shirt as I am wearing it" I muttered

"You shouldn't be wearing it", Zach said.
