Ellie
I groaned and faced away from him, placing my head in my hands.

Ellie
I soon stand up and leave Zachariah on the sofa. I head to the bedroom, flopping onto the bed, so I was facing the ceiling. I decide I needed an early night.

"Good night to you too",Zach said loudly rolling his eyes. He decided to sleep on the sofa instead with her.(skip?)

Ellie
I didn't sleep at all. Zachariah knew how I felt. And his reaction didn't seem to good. I also couldn't shark the feeling I was being watched. I rolled over so I was facing the wall, spotting a giant spider. I screamed, moving as far as possible from the wall.

"Ellie?"Zach called, cracking an eye open in the dark. He had been sleeping, though not very calmly, but her scream still annoyed him.

Ellie
"Zachariah, help" I say, curled up in a tight ball staring at the wall where the spider was.

"What now?"Zach groaned not moving an inch.

Ellie
"There's a spider" I stuttered. "please, get rid of it"

"Throw a shoe at it",Zach said but this time he got up and headed to the bedroom.

Ellie
"I don't want to kill it" I complained, still staring down the spider. I jumped as Zachariah came into the room, I loved my gaze to him for a second before looking back at the spider, terrified.

"I don't get you women", Zach said tiredly as he walked to the nightstand to get a tissue to remove the spider with.

Ellie
I watched Zachariah grab a tissue, I reach towards him and tugged on his arm, maybe a tad to hard.

"Hey!"Zach managed to let out a squeak as he found himself falling. Luckily he managed to grab the window sill so he ended up face to face with Ellie.

Ellie
"Oops, sorry" I say, trying to avoid looking at his eyes. I felt my face heat slightly at how close we were.

Zach scanned her face with his brown eyes for a second before straightening up."Now, shall I get the spider or should I leave it to eat you?"

Ellie
"Please don't let it eat me" I say, with a shiver. I watch him, still curled in my little ball, my knees against my chest.

"Okay then", Zach straightened up and picked up the spider with a tissue before putting it outside carelessly."There, better?"

Ellie
"Yeah, thanks" I say, letting out a breath, but stayed in my corner, scanning for more spiders.

"I am too tired for this shit", Zach said dropping onto the bed, not caring for the awkward situation between them.

Ellie
I let out a sigh, and after deciding it was safe, I stood up and laid down on the bed, next to Zachariah. "I hate spiders" I mutter, staring around the room. The shadows were playing with my eyes, making me see spider shapes everywhere. I cuddled up to Zachariah. He will protect me.

Zach looked down at her. He knew what it was like to be afraid of something, and he knew how was it to face your own kryptonite. For Ellie it was spiders. For him it was fire. He remembered the time he almost had a breakdown in a chemistry class and shook his head."Shh", he whispered at her hugging her."It's okay now."
