Both of the Worlds

"Text me, okay?"Rosalen asked quietly.

"I will" Eragon said, nodding.

"Since it's like morning, I need to sleep. See you soon?"Rosalen said.

"Yeah, can't wait until then" Eragon said, "Bye" He added before hanging up.

"I love you", Rosalen whispered into the dead line, then put the phone down sighing.

Rosalen sat on the bus stop, waiting for the bus.

Eragon limped towards the bus stop, carrying a couple shopping bags. Wayne had complained about him not doing anything, so made him and Chris go shopping, but Chris had went his own way, leaving Eragon alone. He spotted Rosalen and grinned at her, speeding up slightly. "You never said if the tiara suited me" He said once at her side.

Rosalen looked up at him."You've been avoiding me you twat", she crossed her arms.

"I haven't been avoiding you, I've been avoiding your gun" Eragon joked, "Nah, I haven't been allowed outside."

"Poor baby", Rosalen said sarcastically pulling his sleeve downward so he would sit next to her.

Eragon sat down next to her, smiling. "So how have you been coping without moi?" He asked, grinning at her.

"I haven't", Rosalen said ruffling his hair.

Eragon shifted his position so he could kiss her, "Awh admittedly I haven't coped without you either" He said, looking at her, but soon moved back to his original position as the new one hurt slightly.

"Oh crap, does it hurt?"Rosalen asked worriedly.

"It's fine" Eragon said with a shrug and smile.

"I've been shot before, it's not fine", Rosalen complained.

"But you're a guurl" Eragon teased, smirking.

"A girl who could kick your ass any day", Rosalen reminded him.

"But I am injured, so I cannot fight to my full potential." Eragon replied "If I wasn't," He paused "You would still probably win"

Rosalen smiled warmly at him."I always win, remember that."

"Yes, but in intelligence I think I would win" Eragon said, crossing his arms.

"I reject that out of hand", Rosalen poked him.

"I am clearly more intelligent. Brains over brawn" Eragon joked.

"Females are always smarter, check it. Einstein or Marie Curie?"Rosalen asked.
