Benedict stopped in front of a building and looked at Amelia with disapproving in his face.He shook his head."Nope."

I looked up at the large building. Then glanced back to Benedict "what?"

"I haven't taught you anything. We were barely getting started. I can't get a newbie into Chameleon's main building."Benedict said.

Amelia-May
"Hey, I take offence to that" I say, crossing my arms.

"Are you sure you want to come in,"Benedict asked, no question in his tone as he looked down at her.

Amelia-May
"Obviously." I say, blinking.

Benedict shook his head. Why did he even care?"Get killed, and I'm without a student for a year. You'd do us both a favour."

Amelia-May
"Wait, where is my benefit in that?" I say, gliding my hand over my head to move my fringe from my eye.

"I don't know. The thrill or whatever. You said you wanted to go in."Benedict shrugged. No, don't come in, he thought.

I watched him for a second contemplating my options.

"Well? We got to get moving!"Benedict said, his voice in a hurry.

"okay, let's go" I say, letting him lead the way

Benedict sighed yet again and walked into the building carefully.

I follow behind, placing my feet where Benedict had placed his. I wanted to prove to him I can do missions.

Benedict looked over his shoulder and looked back in front of him, rolling his eyes.

I watch as he glances back at me, and I smile.

Benedict walked through the building slowly and carefully, not even once seeing the guards. The one time he did, well...
He felt the guard before he could see him. Since Amelia was in front of him, because it was a tiny hall and he wanted to keep an eye out on the guard spot. He immediately put Amelia back, wrapping his hands around her waist and pulling her backwards. As he took a step back, he was sure the guards have noticed them, so he got into the closet just behind them."Don't move."He whispered to Amelia. This position was mildly uncomfortable, but the best he could do in such short period and small space. His nose ended up on her neck, and the scent of her skin made him dizzy. No, Ben, snap out of it, his mind was telling him. But in the moment, there was nothing he'd rather do then kiss her. He looked at her in a weird way.

I jump at the feel of hands on my waist, "Don't move" I hear him whisper, making me wonder what was up, but that was pushed out of my mind when I realised how close he was to me. I could feel his breath on my neck, making me feel slightly awkward. I turned to face him, even in the dark I could make out his features, like his eyes. His amazing eyes.

Benedict finally snapped out of it as a guard passed beside the closet door and didn't see them."Now I want you to run to the door and get in. On the left you'll see another closet like this. Hide there. I'll be back for you in about half an hour."He said turning back into the old self, but his eyes still had a wild glow in them.

I nod, but tilt my head slightly "How am I able to help you from there?" I whisper.

"You aren't. That's the point. I don't need my apprentice hurt the first week of training. Now go!"Benedict said and pushed her out of the closet.
