I quickly look in the cupboard before realising how close I was stood to him. I step backwards, awkwardly "Erm, it maybe in the other cupboard" I say, glancing down.

"Benedict bit his lip lightly, but on the spot he had a cut. He swore quietly and reached the other top cupboard left of the one he had checked before, trying not to thunk about Amelia behind him."Here it is."

I lay in the sofa-bed, staring up at the ceiling. Suddenly I hear a voice, so curiously I listen to it, I recognise it as Benedict's.

"Hey, boy, how are you doing?"Howard asked Benedict over phone."I... I don't know."It had been twenty years since the found his parents. Died from bullet wounds."Twenty years... It's a long time. Do I-Do I sound insane when I say that I wish I could've died with them?"Benedict said. He was sitting on a chair near the desk, staring at the wall."Oh, Ben, don't cry."Howard said."I'm not crying, I just... Goodbye, Howard."Benedict said and hang up. Tears he couldn't stop, no matter how hard he tried, were flowing in tiny rivers on his face.

Benedict was crying? It sounds like he wants to die, I don't want him to die. After a minute I couldn't stand the crying any longer, so I stand up and walk of to him. "Benedict? Are you okay?" I ask, deciding not to mention that I had heard him talking.

"No I'm obviously not."Benedict said looking up. His usually beautiful blue eyes were grayish, and the eyewhite was completely red."You can go ahead, tell everyone that you've seen Benedict, the great Blue, losing it."He said, not really caring about anything.

"And why would I do that?" I asked, watching him. "Everyone.gets upset at times" I say, I have never been good at comforting people, but seeing Benedict like this made me feel strange. A weird feeling inside.

"We're going to the airport today. Mission accomplished."Benedict said trying to be professional, but his voice broke a couple of time.

I nodded, and looked at him, sighing slightly. "Do you want to splash your face with water while I prepare breakfast?" I asked

"Why would I wqnt to do that? It sound barbaric,"Benedict said, almost grumpily, and he walked to the bathroom anyway.

"It just helps. Trust me." I say, yawning. I walk to the kitchen and find some food to make breakfast with

I stared around the party venue. It was a large hall, loud music made my chest pump in time with the beat. I was wearing a small light blue dress that stopped just above the knee, and my hair was styled in a French plait which rested on my left shoulder. I gazed around the venue, seeing if I recognised anyone. Benedict didn't seem to be here yet. I walk to the bar and buy a J2O so I don't get too drunk to quick.

Benedict sighed on the way to Mia's room. It was her birthday today, and she planned the best parties, as he heard. He didn't like going to the parties. Too many people. But Mia always made him go, at least to her birthday party. Mia was his best friend, ever since he got him. She was a few years older than him, but it didn't seem to matter, because they were friends and worked in missions together. He just hoped Amelia wouldn't get too drunk so he'd need to talk to the Mains about his apprentice's behaviour. "Hey, Benedict! Guys, look who decided to show up!" A short girl with her blonde hair always tied in a ponytail smiled at Benedict, who was not in the mood to party.

I stared around the party, soon spotting a few friends. I walk over to them and start chatting, mostly about random stuff that has happened over the last few weeks. They seemed very interested in Benedict and I's mission. Though I did miss a few points out; like the bed situation.

Benedict pretty much ignored everyone and Mia noticed that. Even though she had a beer or two, and looked dizzy, she was still thinking straight so she pulled Benedict's hand to her bedroom. The two needed to talk, although it didn't seem like that at all. Mia closed the door behind them and started lecturing Benedict for bringing Amelia to the mission. "You could have got her killed!"And things like that. Benedict only half-listened to her, amused by Mia as she circled around the bed saying warnings at him.

I watched as mia dragged Benedict away, where were they going? What were they going to do? I lived away from my friends and stared at the door through which they left. Why did I care? Its obvious Amelia, you like Benedict. No. No I don't.
