Benedict was in the hospital room,grumpily stating at Howard when he entered."You nearly got me killed,"he said, his voice normal, like he hadn't been screaming in pain five minutes ago.

I seek into the room behind Howard. I look at Benedict, and sigh at his state. I step from behind Howard so I could see him better.

"Yeah, sorry about that,"Howard said. Benedict then noticed Amelia. His eyes widebed slightly."What's she doing here,"he asked Howard. He just ignored Benedict and continued talking to the doctor.

Amelia-May
I glanced at Benedict, "You okay?" I asked. Of course he isn't okay! Amelia you can be such a retard. I lower my gaze again.

"Guess."Benedict said sarcastically. Yep, there was still some Benedict left in him, but he was completely exhausted, everything had hurt him and, oh, his eyes. There was no life in them. Ever since that moment in the alleyway, those eyes weren't blue. Instead, a dull grey replaced the ocean blue, making him look older than he really is.

I look at Benedict and sigh. I missed Benedict, the real Benedict. I looked at him for a second before moving my gaze away again.

"Are you a fish or will you talk?"Benedict asked angrily."Benedict!!"Suddenly Zara, Brett and Mia ran into the room. He sighed as the three jumoed around saying things about him he didn't even hear; his look was still focused on Amelia.

I let the three talk to Benedict, I step out of view slightly, aware of Benedict watching me.

Benedict was better soon, the doctors sent him to the HQ about two weeks after the crash. Howard didn't want to give him any hard missions, so he decided to sent him on a routine mission, The Ball. The mission happened each year, and two people, male and female, went on the Ball to protect the president and check if there are any threats.

I was confused, why did Howard ask me to meet him, with Benedict. It can't be a mission can it? I'm sure Benedict can't be ready for a mission yet can he?

Benedict walked/limped towards Howard's office. Who will his date be was the question. Mia, maybe. Zara does office work, so that's a no. He sat in the office and chatted with Howard a bit, waiting fir his mission partner.

I pushed open the door and saw Howard and Benedict talking. I walk quietly then sit on the chair next to Benedict.

"Howard. Do you really hate me?"Benedict asked as he recognized the footsteps."No,why-" "Nevermind."Benedict shook his head, which vaused slight pain in his back. Howard started explaining the mission to them. If Benedict had been in top shape this would be insanely easy. Now, it was tricky.

"Wait, we have to go to a ball? Together?" I asked, looking between them. Why hadn't anyone told me it was a ball? I would of backed down if I knew.

"Yes. You have to protect our dear mr presifent from getting shot."Howard comfirmed. Benedict rolled his now cold grey eyes. How come sje doesn't know that? The Ball, one of the nost famous missions.

I groaned, like a kid receiving homework, and looked between them both.

"You'll be leaving tomorrow. Now off you go!"Howard said. Benedict got up fairly fast, which caused pain in his lower back. He cursed under his breath and walked outside of Howard's office.

I get up slightly slower, and glance at Howard before walking out of the office.

"Do you really plan on following me everywhere?"Benedicy asked her angrily.

"We are just heading the same way, geez." I say, glancing coldly at him.

Benedict rolled his eyes and continued walking to his new room, without a second bed.
