Nix first thought of the wedding, it was true, she hadn't told anyone about that, but she'd much prefer it to not be known by anyone. She rubbed her chin, thinking, "My parents are cheating on each other. They both don't know. My mother accidentally texted me a dirty message that wasn't meant for me, and made me promise not to say anything to my father. I had to use my father's phone a couple of weeks later when my phone died, and he got an inappropriate text from some girl that wasn't my mother, he made me promise not to tell my mother. I've been keeping this secret for 2 and a half years now, it's torturous."

Roksana
"I'm... so sorry. You, you really didn't have to tell me that, oh gosh. Why are they still together then?" I asked.

Nix smiled lightly, "It's nice to tell someone" She shrugged, "Mother doesn't want to leave father because he is the one who provides all the money for this place. Father doesn't want to leave mother because she owns everything that he does and he doesn't want half of everything that they own"

Roksana
"That's... I'm sorry, but that's a disgusting thing to do", I admitted.

Nix nodded, "I know it is. I'm going to avoid being like them as much as possible"

Roksana
"I mean, why marry someone you don't love in the first place?" I asked.

The question caught her off guard, and dropped her head lightly, "Because they had to" She said, looking at her hands "Money or some stuff like that"

Roksana
"That's really horrible", I said shaking my head.

Nix nodded, still looking at her hands, "It is" She agreed.

Roksana
"Hm, do you have anything more positive? I mean, not every aspect of your life is sad", I said

Nix paused thinking again, "Hm, I guess I have partly already told you this, but I find females a lot more attractive than males. I would much prefer to be in a relationship with a girl than a guy" Nix felt she could trust Roxanne, so didn't particularly mind saying this.

Roksana
"That's pretty positive", I said."Ditto. My mother still thinks I'm in the 'ew boys' phase", I laughed a bit.

Nix laughed also, "I'm positively sure that this 'ew boys' phase won't pass." She grinned.

Roksana
"Yup, me too", I smiled a bit. What a coincidence. First person I befriend in America was also slowly becoming my crush. I put full blame on the hormones.

Nix continued smiling, before she cleared her throat and said, "So, truth or dare?" She decided to continue with the game.

Roksana
"Hmm, I pick dare now", I said.

"You have to.." Nix said, "Sing everything for the rest of the day. Everything you say must be sung"

"But I can't sing!" I complained.

"Ah, sure you can. You sang before and it wasn't bad" Nix said, smiling at her still.

Roksana
"Yeah but no", I said pouting a bit.

"It's a dare, you have to" Nix noticed, with a small shrug.

Roksana
"I most certainly don't have to, I'd rather pick the truth, I have nothing to hide", I said.

Nix nodded, "Okay, so what is something that you've never done before?" She asked.

Roksana
"Hm, I could either go full extreme with this or tell you I never climbed Mt Everest, something general", I said thinking.
