1x1 with Myst and Maggy

"What?" I asked, slightly confused. I scanned Benedict's face for a give away.

Good thing Benedict was a great actor."I am not in love with you."Oh, so the lying started immediately?"I can't allow myself to love you."He corrected himself."Because, if I do, it might not end up well. If we were to protect the president, which are we doing now, and thete are two gunshots; one for the president and one for you. Now, if I alliw myself to love you, I'd make a wrong choice,"he said with a sigh, his grey eyes watching her.

I nod, trying my hardest not to react. I take a deep breath through my nice and nod again. "That is understandable." I say.

"Okay."Benedict inhaled shakily and closed his eyes for a moment. He was pretty sure he loved her. He was also sure that he was nothing but a freak in Amelia's eyes.

"We had better get back" I say, no emotion in my voice. I keep my gaze low, so it was hard to read my eyes.

"Yes. Yes we should."Benedict nodded quickly and walked to the ballroom, his gaze still focused on Amelia.

(Pretty much the same xD we lost 6-0 in football)
I keep my head low, aware of Benedict's gaze on me. I didn't dare look up. Once we were in the centre of the room again I got into position, still keeping my eyes away from Benedict's view.

Chameleon and his gang could gatecrash, one could recognise Benedict, they then shoot him but Amelia gets in the way?)

Chameleon's Spy; Harry.
I look around the large party which we had came to. It was a pretty big venue, it was filled with people. I scanned each one of their face's until I spotted one I recognised. "Isn't he the one Chameleon wants?" I asked, in my gruff voice. I gestured towards the injured boy that once dancing with a ginger haired girl. "He was the one who Jake tried to kill, but Jake died instead of him" Tim agreed. "Shoot him"  Tim added, passing me the gun. I held the pistol towards the spy, just as he turned, I closed my eyes as I pulled the trigger. The gunfire echoed around the hall, and less than a second later I heard a female scream but it wasn't a scream of fear, it was a scream of pain.I opened my eyes and I looked towards where my bullet had gone, it had missed the one Chameleon had wanted and hit the girl instead. Everyone in the room froze as the girl fell to the floor.

We were just turning when I heard a loud gunshot. Suddenly I felt excruciating pain in my right arm, I instinctively  moved my left hand to the pain and placed my hand on it. I felt a warm sticky substance flowing from it. My legs cave in, making me fall to the ground, just in time to see two men running out of the building. I moved my gaze around the room as people gathered around me. The last thing I saw was Benedict's face before I blacked out.

(Is that okay? xD I was unsure if they knew Benedicts name or not so that is why Harry doesn't mention his name.)

"Amelia?!"Benedict had called. But she already blacked out. He had checked the injury. Nothing too bad, but it hurt. And those who did it were gone. He nodded to the other spies in the room and they ran around, fixing everything this mess may have caused, while Benedict lifted her up, carrying her to Aleesha's house. From the shock the limp had disappeared. He checked her pulse every now and then, knowing that she was fine, that she was going to be okay, but... It wasn't easy to ignore the feelings he had now.

I feel myself wake, and it takes a few moments for what happened to process in my mind. I remembered as the stabbing pain runs up my arm. I shift myself into opening my eyes, I look around the room, curious to how I was here.

"Morning sunshine. Had a nice sleep?"Benedict said sarcastically, but worry was noticable in his eyes.

I jumped at the sound of Benedict's voice. I turn to face him, "It was alright, actually, considering the bullet wound" I reply, trying to sit up, but it made me feel dizzy, so I stayed laid down.

"Don't flatter yourself. The bullet barely touched you."Benedict said. That actually wasn't true. That was a nasty shot, but he couldn't let her win in an arguement.

I laughed slightly, but again that made me dizzy so I stopped. "I do think it did touch me," I say, gesturing to my wound.

"Lies."Benedict told her.

~A year later~

It has been over a year since Benedict had died, sometimes I still miss him. When I found out I hid away for a month. But soon I came over it. I am now an almost fully tried spy, I only have a month or so training left. Howard had asked me to go to his office so that is where I am heading now. I knock on his door a couple times, waiting for him to call me in.

"Come in,"Howard said, his voice more rough and husky than before. Benedict was something like his son, and he sent him on a mission that killed him. They didn't find his body. Only enough Benedict's blood to fill a bathtub, leading to the forest.
