"Next year" Nix said simply, dropping her gaze. That's when Nix will be properly engaged to her fiancé. No doubt she will be made to live with this man.

Roksana
"Next year...?" I asked wanting her to continue.

"Yeah, I intend to find a house by the new year" Nix said, looking back up towards Roxanne with a partly fake smile.

Roksana
"I have a feeling you're not telling me something", I said, only later realizing that sounded pretty rude."Ah, I'm sorry, I'm being nosy."

"Curiosity is not a sin," Nix said with a small giggle, still fiddling with the cup.

Roksana
"It should be, though. Well, if it isn't, there should be an answer", I said smiling. There was something about this girl, an aura, which made you want to smile when she smiles and cry when she cries.

"But we must exercise it with caution" Nix added as an undertone, barely audible, she then shook her head, "I've told you everything of importance" she said, biting the inside of her lip.

Roksana
"Okay then", I shrugged lightly in a 'whatever works with you bro' way."If you ever want to tell anything to me, or need a shoulder to cry on, I'm a good listener."

Nix beamed at her, it's been such a long time since Nix had a proper friend, and she felt a connection to this girl. "Thank you, and same to you"

Roksana
"It's nice to have a friend", I noticed smiling.

"It really is" Nix said, still smiling brightly. "Would you like another coffee?" She asked, nodding to her empty cup.

Roksana
"Um, not really. If I have any more caffeine in my body I won't be able to fall asleep till five", I giggled lightly, already feeling the side effects of the one cup I had.

"Shall we go outside and walk? It's quite stuffy in here" Nix suggested, rubbing Kiwi's head.

Roksana
"Yeah, sure. I'd love a walk", I said getting up. Yes, I would, but not my shoes. I couldn't walk in these for a long time, but at the moment, I couldn't care less.

Nix stood up, with Kiwi getting to her feet with a stretch, "Where abouts should we go?" She asked.

Roksana
"Wherever you want to go, except a water park. I'm not wearing clothes for water parks", I joked.

Nix laughed lightly, "Shame, I know a brilliant water park near by." She said, "How about the park? It's not far from here"

Roksana
"That could be great", I said laughing with her.

Nix nodded lightly and walked out of the coffee shop, glad to be in the cool air again. "Any aspirations for the future?" She asked.

Roksana
"Hm, I don't know. I have a job, I have a flat, what more can I ask for?" I asked.

Nix shrugged lightly, "The perfect guy? It seems that is what most girls are searching for nowadays" She said.

Roksana
"I guess you could say I'm not most girls", I simply said shrugging.

"Oh really?" Nix asked, looking towards her, then giggled "I doubt most girls would hair such as yours"

Roksana
"My point exactly. Hey, I thought you liked my hair", I laughed a bit fixing the bangs.

"I do" Nix said, "It's so pretty" She continued smiling.
