Sometimes I amuse myself, so I let out a low snicker and felt my face scrunch, oh not again. I do hope it's cute, because it doesn't feel cute.

I smiled a little bit more and tilted my head up a little more so I could see his face better. He was doing the face scrunch again, I had to admit was the cutest thing since puppies on skateboards {like dude look at this lil shit x}. If you fuck me that'd make me very un-bored. Inappropriate, again, and to make the inappropriate matters slightly worse I asked, "And how would you make me not bored?"

A 50 thousand word noveletta, dear. "I don't know, I don't do shit in my free time. Not, like, interesting shit. I record stuff, I could show you camera basics in the park", I said and stretched, making my bones crack. Such lovely sounds. I always stretched really carefully, because I'm a shy shit and don't like to show, like, any skin. Imagine the fuss about getting me ready for the pool swim. No can do.

I AM SUCH A FREAKING NERD, OKAY. So it's a sunny day today, so naturally, I have my sunglasses. I wear real glasses, too, and since the sunglasses are usual and make me half blind, I have to wear first the clear ones then the tinted ones. TWO PAIRS OF GLASSES AND A CAMERA LENS. THAT'S MY VIEW TO THE WORLD. I COUld stop shouting now."The park is awesome in summer", I informed Freddie.

I nodded lightly, "It is so full of life" I agreed, noting how adorable he looked with his glasses. I made a mental note to one day wear my glasses when I was around him. Though I was meant to really be looking around the park that was full of life, I found it hard to with Cali walking beside me. I did try, I really did, but I kept seeing him out of the corner of my eye and that was enough to make me want to stare at him again.

"Life. So, yeah, that's why I prefer recording, not taking pictures. Life moves, life is all around us and it is not inanimate. You can't capture the true essence of life with a camera, you'd only get a blurry picture. Cinematography is the result to that", I taught him looking around, overly excited. But paaark. Childreeen. Lifeee. Filmiiing.

"That is really so sweet- cool" I said, smiling at him, before gazing around the park again. I guess I would have to agree with him there, photos just don't seem to capture the atmosphere like a film can. If a picture says a thousand words, and there are 24 frames per second when recording, that makes 24 thousand words per second of film. Usually films are about two hours, 72 thousand seconds so that makes it- Okay, let's stop there.

"I'm too enthusiastic about that, but the hell with it."Look, I got myself a catchphrase. Like a character in a really crappy comedy from the 90s. Or, you know, The Big Bang Theory."Uh oh." I raised my look from above the camera lens to see a familiar figure."Shit she can't see me she'll kill me", I said and, feeling spy-like, pulled Freddie's elbow behind a tree. Jen. With a kid.

"What? Why?" I asked as I was dragged behind the tree. I tried to peer around the tree without blowing out cover, but I still didn't get what he was hiding from so I moved back to the original position. "Why can't who see you here?" I asked, curious. I know in a way, it isn't my business to now, we haven't known each other for that long, he's just the hot cameraman. Okay, he's more than that, I'd like to thin we've at least become friends but I am too curious about this person to go into that right now.

I muttered what seemed to be a thousand swears before I turned around to Freddie and leaned against the tree."So that what you just saw there is my ex and my daughter. You know, a normal sighting on a daily outing. Hey I rhyme." When I'm nervous and scared, I blabber. Jen would start yelling at me if she saw me, and she'd out me to Freddie, so that would be even awkwarder, and I don't even want to think about Natalie.

"Oh, right" I said, I was still curious about that whole story, hell I was curious about his whole life story. What can I say? I'm a nosey person. "If she did see you wouldn't she find it slightly odd that you're hiding behind a tree with a guy?" I asked, looking over to Cali now rather than around the tree.

Oh, get over yourself."That's why I made sure we fled before she could see us." I do not want to deal with this. Hell, I don't want to deal with any of my problems, ever, but I had to, eventually. But not now. After she left, I unhid myself. (that's most definitely not a word) "Okay, I'm sorry for that."

I followed behind him and smiled lightly, "It is quite alright" I said, glancing around the park again.

I held the Dvd case between my teeth as I knocked on the door, my other hand was holing my skateboard. Walking takes too much effort. I found this film quite cheap, and a few of my friends recommended it to me, so why not? The cover was a bit creepy, but they said it wasn't, so I believed them, I will kill them if it is.

So I was lying on my butt and playing with my glasses when somebody knocks."Screw it, I can't keep on doing nothing if people keep interrupting", I complained loudly but swung my legs across the sofa and walked over to the door."Yeeeeeeeees?" I asked before opening."What is the password?" There was no password, but if he said 'I'd do you three times a day', I'd open.

"I brought popcorn" I replied, not sure what the password was, or if he had actually mentioned a password. But, hey, popcorn has the power to open doors. I lifted the bag up, so he could see it properly.

I let out a frustrated sigh. That wasn't the password, but eh."I like popcorn. What's the occasion?" I asked and opened the door a bit more so he could pass, but the opening was small enough so he would brush against me when he walked in. Because I can. I eyed him curiously. Something was different about him and I couldn't tell why.

"A friend of mine recommended this film to me, so I am going to make you watch it with me" I said, smiling lightly at him as I walked past. I rested my skateboard beside the door, wheels pointing away from the wall, I've had a lot of injuries because of where I placed that thing.

Glasses. That's it. Does that boy get any hotter or is that just me? It's probably me, because people don't get hotter by the minute... do they? "That's so polite of you", I noticed and shut the door. Just a thought; there are a lot of songs about unrequited love. And yeah, while I was forming a bit of a crush on Freddie, there was something else... Why doesn't anybody write songs that go like this 'hey, I like you, wanna fuck'? I guess it's a bit rude, but it's honest.

I had plenty of people who would have watched this film with me, some of those I have known for many years, so why did I choose Cali as my first choice? I didn't even know if he liked films. Truthfully, I had no idea what this film was even about. "Have you ever seen this film?" I asked.

"Nah", I said, being the charming and eloquent self I know I am."Ah, but the thing is", I tapped the side of my nose. A gesture from my mum, thank her for that."I don't watch movies. I make 'em. What's it about?" I asked and dropped on the sofa, the place where I spend most of my life. So this is like a date night. Movies, popcorn and kisses. Except there was no kisses. Ugh.

"I'm not sure." I admitted, "I think this family move into a new house, but that's all I know" I noticed, setting the film up before sitting beside him. Some people might see this and think it is a date, hell, I want it to be a date. But that isn't possible, unfortunately. I quickly glanced at Cali, before making myself comfier, I could have been even comfier as his lap looked an inviting place to rest my head, but again, that isn't possible.

"Well screw it. For your health's sake, this movie better include some hot actors, is that clear?" I cuddled myself up into a ball and placed my head onto my knees, a usual position nowadays. Wait, did I say actors? Ah, it's gender neutral unless it's in context. I hope.
