Ellie
"I'm Ellie" I reply, taking in the girl's appearance. "And you?"

"I'm Maya. What are you doing here?"She asked frowning.

Ellie
"The hotel I was staying in was about to close. Zachariah is an old friend" I explain, looking at her.

"Old friend?"Maya asked suspiciously unpacking. She left her shoes at the door, jacket on a hat stand and sat down in the kitchen, since the kitchen and living room weren't separated.

Ellie
"He stole my flat" I say with a nod, sitting back down on the sofa. "So how do you know Zachariah?"

"That doesn't sound like something he'd do."Maya said fiddling around the kitchen island in the middle. Unlike Ellie, she didn't like the mess he'd make."I'm his girlfriend,"she answered her question.

Ellie
I had to stop myself from falling off the sofa. "Girlfriend?" I repeated, after a pause. He never mentioned a girlfriend, I guess it is his private life.

"Yeah. What's so unusual about that? I mean, the guy's got both looks and brains (but his personality sucks)",Maya smirked a bit, like she was 'happy with her catch'.

Ellie
"He isn't the sort of guy to get a friend let alone girlfriend" I shrug, glancing at her, but quickly moving it away.

"Nah, I don't really see it in him. Are you sure we're talking about the same Zach?"Maya asked using his nickname.

Ellie
I shrugged slightly, "I haven't seen him in like a year" I say, shifting my position slightly.

"Well people change. What's on the TV?"Maya asked getting up and cleaning the kitchen. Zach's messiness clearly annoyed her.

Ellie
"Toddlers and Tiaras, quality American tv" I say, with a small smile.

"Ooh, I love that!"Maya squeaked as she turned around to watch. After half an hour or so there was heard a swear from outside. Zach came home.

Ellie
"Uh huh. Zachariah hates this show. He'll make us turn it off" I complained, glancing towards the door.

"Hey,"Zach came in holding a whole bunch of notebooks. Maya instantly got up and skipped to him, kissing him lightly. Zach was a bit shocked for a second."Umm, you two met?"He asked insecurely.

Ellie
I nod, but avoid looking at them both. "I suppose we have" I say, looking at the tv.

"Okay then. "Zach said dropping the notebooks to the work desk. "What the hell are you watching?"Zach frowned feeling deja vuish. Maya bumped him lightly."Language,"she warned him.

Ellie
"We are watching your favourite show" I say, glancing over to them both.

"Perfect. Turn that off."Zach said to Amelia as Maya skipped back to the kitchen. He sat down and began to correct the essays.

Ellie
I stick my tongue out at him but did as he said " It's still the best tv America can offer"

"Clearly you haven't watched History,"Zach rolled his eyes as he made himself comfortable on the office chair. The preparation for even taking a look at those essays was never long enough.

Ellie
"Clearly you have never seen Honey Booboo perform" I replied, stretching out my legs.

"Shush."Zach sighed rubbing his temples."I am trying to concentrate,"he said, just as Maya finished with his kitchen."Well, my shift is starting. See ya!"

Ellie
"Bye Maya, it was nice meeting you" I say with a smile. I turn to Zachariah as soon as she had left "Since when did you start hitting on the ladies?"
