Karl opened the door, "Sir, the author has arrived" He says.

"Excuse me? What do you mean, the author?"Zach frowned lightly.

"The author, sir, didn't the principle tell you she was coming?" Karl asked.

"I don't believe he did, no. The auditorium?"Zach asked for the meeting place.

Karl nodded "Yes, she's waiting there now" He confirmed.

"Okay, we'll be right there."Zach said and turned to his students."You go, I'll meet you there. Don't be loud on the hallways!"

Jack walked ahead of the class, leading the way. He walked down to the auditorium, quickly finding a seat near the front.

Ellie
I watched the class walk into the room, slightly nervous, I have never spoke to this many people before.

Zach packed up, since it was the last class today.

Ellie
I glance around the room to see a guy with his hand up "Yes?" I asked, looking at him. "What's your relationship with Zachariah Hewitt?" He asked. I paused, Zachariah Hewitt? I haven't heard that name in a while "He's just an old friend. Why? What makes you ask?" I asked.

Zach peeked out of a corner and noticed Ellie. In complete and utter shock, he couldn't do anything but smile and wave slightly at her.

Ellie
I see movement in the corner of my eye so I turn to face it, spotting Zachariah. "Oh that's why" I say, with a small smile. I turn back to Jack "Yeah, he's an old friend of mine"

Zachariah made his way to the chairs, sitting in one close to the door. And for the whole time, he was grinning, and he didn't say a word.

Ellie
After the presentation, I let out a breath and watched the class leave. I walked over to Zachariah with a smile.

"Well, hello there,"Zach said, unable to wash that stupid grin off of his face.

Ellie
"I see you got your job here" I say, smiling back at him.

"Now, what made you think that?"Zach asked. He'd changed. His face seemed more relaxed, and his posture a complete difference to the slouch he had when reading. His beard was a product of shaving once, than forgetting about it for about a month. His hair had gotten a bit longer and much more tangled, and his eyes were brighter than ever.

I smiled at him, "Probably the fact you are in a school with kids. Or shouldn't you be here? Should I be worried?" I asked, smiling. I hadn't changed much since I last saw Zachariah, though my hair was slightly longer, and slightly browner as I haven't recoloured it in a while. He seemed to have changed a lot more than I have.

"Probably. Probably not."Zach said and put gis hands into his pocket and shrugged."Hey, my classes are over, wanna discuss life over a cup of coffee?"

Ellie
"Sure" I smile, letting him lead the way.

As Zach ordered for them (skipped the order part and everything), he sat down and looked at Ellie."So?"he asked,"How's life?"

Ellie
"Life has been good, people have been buying my book. How about you? Are you enjoying your new job?" I asked, holding my drink between my hands.

Oh no. She let Zach get started."Actually they kind of piss me off."He growled lightly." 'Oh, you can't be the Ethics teacher, you have to talk to your students, but your family is prone to autism', blah blah blah."

I glanced at him slightly confused, "So why do you still work there if you're not happy?" I asked.
